経歴

経営学研究科修士課程修了、修士（経営学）。キャリア初期は中堅総合商社および通信キャリアにて、通信系ソリューションの開発や新規事業の立ち上げを主導し、複数のプロジェクトを成功に導く。その後、管理部門へ転じ、管理部門全体のマネジメントや組織基盤の強化を推進。さらに、経営戦略・事業計画の策定、複数のM&Aの実行、PMI、CVC（Corporate Venture Capital）の設立など、企業成長を支える中核業務を幅広く担当。その中でも、ファイナンス分野では、スタートアップから上場企業まで、多岐にわたるファイナンス案件を主導。大型エクイティ・ラウンドや、設備投資・M&Aを支える低コストのデットファイナンスにおいて、高いクロージング能力を発揮。デットとエクイティの最適なキャピタル・ストラクチャーを設計し、財務健全化を実現。また、3社におけるIPOプロジェクトのリーダーを務め成功に導いたほか、IR・広報責任者として、資本市場における企業の信頼性向上と企業価値最大化、ひいては株価の向上に貢献。財務・会計領域に関する深い知見と、MBAで培った戦略的思考力、そして豊富な実務経験という三位一体の強みを発揮し、さらなる企業価値向上を牽引する。

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate School of Business Administration. Early in his career, he led the development of telecommunications solutions and the launch of new businesses at a mid-sized general trading company and a telecommunications carrier, successfully steering multiple projects. He subsequently transitioned to the management division, where he drove the overall management of the division and strengthened its organizational foundation. Furthermore, he has been extensively involved in core functions supporting corporate growth, including formulating management strategies and business plans, executing multiple M&A transactions, managing PMI, and establishing a Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) fund. Within the finance domain, he has led diverse financing projects spanning startups to listed companies. Demonstrated strong closing capabilities in large equity rounds and low-cost debt financing supporting capital expenditures and M&A. Designed optimal capital structures combining debt and equity to achieve financial soundness. Additionally, successfully led IPO projects for three companies. As Head of Investor Relations and Communications, contributed to enhancing corporate credibility in capital markets, maximizing corporate value, and ultimately improving stock prices. Leveraging a trifecta of strengths—deep expertise in finance and accounting, strategic thinking honed through an MBA, and extensive practical experience—to drive further corporate value enhancement.
